If you are reading my bio, you may be looking for a resume writer. If you are, I would love to help you out. What have I done in the field of resume writing? I trained for a year under Susan Maplethorpe, the owner of Hired Resume Service and a resume writer I respect, not only for her skill with the written word but for her compassion for her clients.
Previous to resume writing, I had a hand in the writing, editing, and publishing of four books. My prose and articles were published in magazines and newsletters, and I helped friends with their writing needs. My writing took a back seat to raising my children, however, so my output was intermittent.
I’m an empty nester now and have a lot of time to delve into writing, especially resume writing. I look forward to writing yours!

Lisa has been an attorney for 20 years, working both in traditional and non-traditional legal roles. Beth is a talented and results-oriented Certified Professional Resume Writer. Her level of resume writing competency is diverse and includes areas such as hospitality, healthcare, sales, marketing, design, architecture, and businesses for all professional levels. Beth takes great pride in developing original resumes and cover letters to enhance clients’ ability to contribute to a company’s growth and success. She is a member in good standing of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches.
Prior to becoming a resume writer, Beth was the Director of an executive suite for 21 years. She oversaw the leasing of 26 offices and served a wide variety of high-net-worth clients. She was responsible for all office operations, including updating information technology, telephony, accounts payable and receivable, and a wide variety of secretarial services. She managed three long-term employees and carried out all human resource functions.
She has been married for 40 years, enjoys living in a small town, and loves dogs.
